Absolutely insane she has been able to promote in this agency. She prides herself in having installed Kennels, yes for animals, at the Police Department. One would say this is a good idea, until you find out that it is patrol officers who are required to do 2 hour checkups on the animals during their work shift. What is even crazier than this not being a Police function, is that she will gladly write you up if you don't properly clean the kennels or give the animals water. Terrible Leader.
