About Rate My Agency
Rate My Agency is a nationwide law enforcement transparency platform. We provide anonymous upward feedback on agency culture, leadership, training, morale, promotion fairness, accountability, and the day-to-day workplace experience.
This is not a complaint website. We exist equally to recognize great agencies, highlight great leaders, help recruits find quality departments, and give officers a voice where upward reviews typically do not exist.

Your anonymity comes first
Anonymity is the most important feature of this platform. Accounts exist only to prevent spam and duplicate reviews — they are never linked to your reviews in public.
Technically, anonymous reviews are served through database views that do not expose any reviewer identifier, and access controls prevent reviewer identities from ever reaching the public.
How it works
Step 1. Find your agency or supervisor
Search nationwide, or add one if it isn't listed yet. We check for duplicates as you type.
Step 2. Rate the categories
Score each workplace-culture category from 1 to 5 and add an optional comment. Your review is anonymous.
Step 3. Keep it accurate
Anyone can flag duplicates, incorrect information, or content that violates our guidelines. Our moderators review every report.
Community guidelines
Praise and constructive criticism are both welcome. To keep everyone safe, the following are not allowed and will be removed:
- Home addresses
- Phone numbers
- Doxxing or private personal information
- Threats
- Harassment
- Knowingly false information
